Changes to Ordering, Billing and Delivery Schedules

Temporary COVID19 Changes

In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID19 and yet still support our customers, we have implemented the following temporary changes. These changes will stay in effect until further notice. For detailed clarification please discuss with your account manager.
  • Accounts and Admin Temporarily relocated to Australia
  • Non locally sourced products now delivered from Auckland
  • Only weekly deliveries from now on for non perishables
  • Restricted ordering quantities on certain products
  • No new CUSTOMER accounts will be opened until further notice
Auckland Bonded Distribution warehouse is now the central hub for all nonperishable deliveries to the islands. Local warehouses will now only process locally sourced products and act as a courier hub for orders packaged and dispatched from Auckland.
