We are proud of our long history, and as part of our ongoing commitment to providing the most efficient and responsive service, we have established a core network of locally employed representatives and sub-distributors (for those territories where logistics do not permit us to service our clients directly). All are carefully selected to ensure we continue to provide first class local support, along with easy access to our ever-increasing range of products.

Our customers are serviced by a sales force of 16 full time representatives, 24 sub-agents and a support staff – backed up by regional warehousing and distribution facilities in Tonga, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Oceania Grocery Distributors also provides an extensive range of pharmacy lines, both as a sub-distributor and fulfilment center, representing many manufacturers on an exclusive basis.

OGD supports sub-distributors and customers from start to finish: from contractual negotiation and order processing to inventory management, onsite training, delivery and beyond. Our staff are always available, using their specialised knowledge and experience to recommend products best suited to the local market.
We regularly fine-tune our product selection to suit specific market requirements, based on the constant feedback we encourage from our suppliers, customers and sub-distributors. We also prepare labelling in other languages where appropriate and make every effort to understand the needs and working practices of our customers throughout the island communities.

We have recently expanded our product range to include a diverse range of non-prescription OTC Pharmacy lines. Packaging and labelling have been modified to local languages on high volume products such as Panadol etc. Standard English is available on all other products. Please ask your sales rep for details as some products have quantity limits and territory restrictions.
